This is the reply address from an email purporting to be from the National Security Agency. Supplied a PDF attachment called National Security Agency. Actually a letter claiming I need to take immediate action in response to a previous Fbi (note spelling) letter which I never got. They want me to pay a large fee for a certification which I never heard of. Scam? fraud?
