I have had three notices from a security protection website noting that someone has requested a new password for my account. This site is issuing me the new password that is only good for the current day. I'm not using it. If I ignore it, nothing changes. But the messages say they are responding to a request from the IP address 24.148.178.4...when I looked this up, it seems to be coming from a location in the next town over.

Just saw some weird activity pop up on my server logs. Looks like someone’s trying to poke around where they shouldn’t be. Honestly, it’s kinda funny how some people just don’t get the hint, huh? Maybe they think they’re super sneaky but totally fail at it. Sending a warning to the universe that THIS IP is on my radar now. Better luck next time, buddy.

Bizarre, ce comportement m’inquiète un peu je dois dire. J’ai vu des tentatives de connexion étranges dans les logs aujourd’***. Peut-être que quelqu’un essaie de casser le système pour voir ce qu’il peut trouver. Les adresses IP qui changent rapidement comme ça ce n’est jamais bon signe. Pas envie de devoir tout réparer après une bourde à cause d’un idiot sur Internet. Mon firewall commence à chauffer vu toutes les alertes. J’espère que c’est juste un faux positif sinon la soirée va être longue. Franchement, qui a le temps de faire ce genre de trucs en 2024?? Peut-être qu’ils devraient aller se trouver un vrai boulot au lieu de traîner ici.

I receive spam on a regular basis from this and other ip addresses in the 46.190.0.0 - 46.190.255.255 block. The servers are based in Romania, and the subjects are all made to look like legitimate US businesses. Auto loans, Credit Scores, etc.
