This is not coming from China. The person is manually entering that specific IP address and selecting China from a drop down list to simply set up someone else or just simply confuse you. Ir sys portscan attack right? Trying to gain access to your computer as well as copy your contact list. It is someone you know with an ipad or iphone or both.
