Wth is even happening today? Saw some weird junk flowing thru my logs that made zero sense. Maybe some script kiddie tryin to be slick but it ain’t working. Everything started laggin like crazy outta nowhere. Connection spikes up and boom something fishy shows. Not my first rodeo but this one kinda sneaky. People really got no chill poking around other folks servers. Guess it’s time to beef up the firewall rules again. Always something with these randos ruining Sunday night. Welp, there goes my movie marathon plans AGAIN.

I also noticed this IP coming from a newly built windows 7 box. I have not had a chance to run it down but it was using ports 445/tcp and 137/tcp. Both can be used in filesharing. I also turned off windows file and print sharing for that interface. No change in traffic. Anybody else?
