they called my home phone and said they were with windows pc support and said someone had hacked my computer and they need to fix. requested my credit card information and my social security number. I looked up their ip address and there is no such address for: nfo@windowspcsupport.com it comes up as: daemon@googlemail.com which is not a valid email. And they hacked my computer.

He/She also sent me E-mail on behalf of my cousin's husband and asked for ransom money to rescue the victim from Manila, Philippine. A phone call verified that my cousin' husband was retired staying at home.
