My pc was hacked from this IP address. The trojan blocked my internet access, and a warning screen opened indicating I needed to pay a $200 "fine" to have the hacker restore access. The text indicated that once I paid the fine via a paypal-type arrangement, access would be restored in 48 hours. The screen gave a tracking number to use and instructions on how to pay the "fine" to have access restored. I ran a Norton remote support request and had the trojan blocked. The bogus "fine" was supposedly being charged by the FBI. Wording in the text reflected misuse of English and poor grammar.
