This is the IP of a scammers base. Via chat contact my mom was being charmed by poems and kinds of things. The guy, pretending to be a high American Military from Afghanistan pretended to be the love of hear life. My mother was secuded into paying more and more money to help a kid that got hospitalized, and to help send a parcel with money using United Nations instances, the access bank western union transfers. She was told not to tell her family (children) about it.
