These Nigerians are responsible for wide spread fraud and scamming attempts by contacting people who are selling items from the UK on Gumtree and other sites. They offer to purchase the item and ask the seller to request payment from paypal. Following the selllers request, a (fake) 'Payment Confirmation' ostensibly from Paypal is sent, and the scammers give the seller an address in Lagos to which to send the goods, say that they have made the required payment, as demonstrated by the fake paypal notification. Of course, the Paypal request is never honoured. The Nigerian'Financial and Economic Crime Commission'in Lagos has this gang currently under investigation and pursuit. They ask that any such attempts and associated emils, with full headers shown, beforwarded to them, at : info@efccnigeria.org Beware!

That IP just keeps poppin up like some unwanted guest at my parties. Cant believe someone out there still messin around with stuff they aint supposed to. Maybe they think they slick, but nah, that kinda activity just screams "detect me, please." Somebody should teach em that not every hacker is as smart as they think. Also, this kinda thing makes my internet real slow sometimes, you know? I hope the admin folks are on it, cause I aint no tech genius but even I get suspicious. Suspect that this might be one of those automated bots doing the dirty work.

****, noticed sum weird thing poppin up in my apache logs. whole bunch of reqests coming from same spot, kinda sus if u ask me. never seen that pattern before, prolly not just some random dude browsing. they tried to poke a page that dont even exist lol. that gotta be a bot or suttin sneaky. wonder if this is what my friend was talkin bout last week. security on this thing is getting tested for real now. might just go full lock down mode til i figure it out
