I was investigating another IP address 142.166.86.11 who is connected to other ip addresses in chilli, argentina and washington usa that are sending bulk spam mail for thebartertown.net and hijacking email addresses. The email connected to the above IP was registered by bell Aliant and the phone number is 506-694-6270 which when googled is connected to this ip address.
