I had the chinese trying port attacks or scans as well on my laptop from this same IP from 2 different cities now. BTW, the pcflank.com website mentioned by dp has a history of infecting visitors with computer virus; therefore, do not use pcflank.com because pcflank.com will get your computer info and cause problems. dp does give sound advice to use PC behind a firewall, as well as, use a firewall on the PC, both. For example coming off internet connection, via direct connect or via cable modem, etc., use cisco linksys router that will have a network translation address(NAT) firewall making your PC more difficult to see from the internet. They had tried to scam me with some job offer to UK, London, Four Seasons Hotel :D I have sent them back an e-mail in which I had advised them to learn more English, IT and Economics, because a HR Manager never makes a mistake like: "You are advice to check your mail box, as well as your Spam folder as regards to update".
