I do not know that kelly staffing and Kelly services are one and the same company. I reported it to Kelly services that they are being spoofed by an IP address in the Philippians asking for a credit report to continue a job application process.

I thought it was extremely fishy that they made sure to repeat "Kelly Staffing Services" throughout the e-mail and that a credit report was needed to "verify" my identity. When has an ID not been able to do that? There is no number to call or a location to go and meet someone. They e-mail you your new hire paperwork? There is no company logo or anything to verify them as a legit scam-free business. They might catch a few but they are not going to catch this 1!

The IP address is used for mass mailing after hacking into servers. We are attacked and ended up blocking this IP address on our internal network. Weird thing is they appear to come from 4-5 different IP addresses.
