Complaint by private :

Whoever used this IP address on 9th & 11th October 2011 placed an order on our webshop using a fraudulent credit card (or two). He ordered goods "on behalf" of someone else - we are now out of pocket having had to refund the proper credit card owner(s). We never got the goods back - Camb Police have the case but nothing much is being done it seems. Angry beyond belief that this has been done to us - a small, family run business.
