This IP Address (188.72.214.192, 80) attempted to attack my computer twice on 05 Jan 2012 @ 4:37am Eastern. Attempts were blocked but wanted to let others know of the danger of this IP address. The Attempts were made when my husband was on Photobucket editing some pictures and also had a window/tab open with YouTube where he was waiting for a HD (High Definition) Video to finish buffering/loading. The Attacking URL associated with this IP address is www.deprenity.com/geopoliticka/7636956043. My Antivirus Program states the following: Network Traffic from 188.72.214.182 matches the signature of a known attack. The attack was resulted from DEVICEHARDDISKVOLUME1PROGRAM FILES(86x)JAVAJRE6BINJAVA.EXE It also states: Network traffic from www.deprenity.com/geopoliticika7636956043 matches the signature of a known attack. The attack resulted from DEVICEHARDDISKVOLUME1PROGRAM FILES (86x)JAVAJRE6BINJAVA.EXE

Eh bien, aujourd’*** j’ai trouvé quelque chose de bizarre en vérifiant mes logs serveur. Sérieusement, qui essaie encore ce genre de trucs en 2024, c’est pas très discret. On dirait qu’il y a des tentatives de connexion toutes les minutes, même pas intelligent. Ma curiosité me pousse à regarder un peu plus, histoire de voir si je peux piger ce qu’ils cherchent. En vrai, ça commence à être énervant mais aussi un tout petit peu drôle. Est-ce que cette personne pense vraiment passer inaperçue comme ça? Je crois qu’il ou elle va être déçu au final. La prochaine fois, tu veux pas essayer avec un VPN meilleur au moins? Bon, la cybersécurité, c’est pas un jeu d’enfant. Faut croire qu’il y aura toujours des amateurs qui essaient.
