Pretty sure this is a hackers IP. My chronically ill sister uses her Iphone to access the internet. Someone has been hacking her phone different times. They have been changing her password amongst other things. This particular one popped up on her phone the other evening. If it's who we think it is, he's helping someone else do this.

Found it in my settings as a "reply to" address. One of my relatives clicked on "reply to" to send me an email and alerted me that this address showed up. Sometimes I do not get my answers and when I do, my mail account is a CC. Apparently this was on for a long time.
