IP address 127.0.0.1 is a generic IP that scammers try to hide behind and make it look like they are located somewhere else in the world. That IP automatically routes through Ellerocity in France. The IP Address itself is considered a "hoopback" address designed to mask the origination point of the senders. In almost every case I have traced this IP address it goes back directly to either Accra, Ghana or Lagos, Nigeria. In EVERY CASE THESE ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

so i was looking thru my logs tonight and saw a bunch of weird stuff coming from this one spot. connection attempts like every few seconds what even is that for. got this feeling its not someone just checking their email. always the same pattern too, like some sort of script or bot. people need to get a life or learn to respect other peoples servers. gotta keep an eye on this one for sure
