I'm amazed that no one has already complained about this despicable bunch of criminals. They have been a nuisance on the web for years -- regularly sucking down whole websites, never identifying themselves as a bot, selling information to idiots and other criminals who may have good reasons to fear a boycott. And of course "robots.txt" is not made for them. They have no qualms whatsoever to read out any folder which is disallowed for robots.
