This ip was used in a frauduent Amex charge, using a card not belonging to the person with the ip address. They first placed a $1.29 \"test order\" and subsequently $599 worthh of dog training supplies using the card owners name phone but with a drop ship address not belonging to the owner of the card. Amex, the website rthe order was placed and .gov has been notified.

This ip was used in a fraudulent Amex charge, using a card not belonging to the person with the ip address. They first placed a $1.29 "test order" and subsequently $599 worth of dog training supplies using the card owners name (mine), and my phone#, but with a drop ship address that was not mine, the owner of the card. Amex, the website, where the order was placed, and fraud.gov has been notified.
