i rec'd an email from google that someone had used my password to login to my google acct and google prevented access. I live in nj but nowhere near piscataway nj, where this ip address is

Yesterday I was going about minding my own business surfing the web and I got a notification from Google saying that someone from this IP tried to login to my Google account. He was successful with my password (Password's strength was strong.) but before he or she was able to change my account details Google kicked him or her off of the account.
