IP owned by the creator of a phishing website (www.vote-moderateur.com) created with the adress samuel59i@live.com Moreover, he's hosting cracking tutorials over his youtube account ( ZiwxHD ) and scam attempts. (You can clearly see the external IP in his own videos)

for some reason my ip changes from 192.168.0.22 to 192.168.0.22/24 ! my son pays for the connection so he has me on a different channel to him and all his gaming consoles install in device manager and there are 2 connections one is vm..... the other virgin media and i lose admi rights
