Complaint by khairulbd :

My card was not declined and has more than enough money on it to cover the 53$ bill I selected for purchase. In fact you accepted my card for payment and your system had a glitch. I had to turn off my Iphone 5 and turn it back on for the payment to go through and the service restored to my phone. I did so after writing a complaint to you and reading the sale receipt your company emailed me. I will be checking with my bank tomm to see if my account was billed more than once and if it was I would expect the money to be returned except for the signal payment I authorize & submit. The reason I ask for this is so I don't have to get small claims court in old due to the fact that my terminal ill mother deposits her SSI checks into my account and most of the money in their has been hers since I injured my back last summer at work and lost my job. If this matter is not handled more professionally by your company than it already was by your crappy automated response system that didn't even look into details of my complaint or even noticed my card wasn't denied and was in fact accepted and I received a receipt already for the purchase by email long before filing my I initial complaint. It if it took the time to see the purchase went through and that service was not restored anyways;as a company you would look like such idiots & may have been able to actually assist me and explain that it was a simple glitch between my iPhone 5 and service provider and try restarting my phone. I figured that out right after I submitted my email complaint and before I got a response. It may have not been your fault but you look like idiots none the less. Thank you for your services and I hope nothing went wrong with my bank account as that's what pays my mothers bills and allows us to survive. Have a good day and I look forward to not having future problems with your company because I hate going to the store and paying in person it's to far out the way between all of my mothers & my appointments. DNSBL* - is a list of IP addresses published through the Internet Domain Name Service (DNS) either as a zone file that can be used by DNS server software, or as a live DNS zone that can be queried in real-time. DNSBLs are most often used to publish the addresses of computers or networks linked to spamming; most mail server software can be configured to reject or flag messages which have been sent from a site listed on one or more such lists.

WHOIS** - is a query/response protocol that is widely used for querying databases in order to determine the registrant or assignee of Internet resources, such as a domain name, an IP address block, or an autonomous system number. WHOIS lookups were traditionally performed with a command line interface application, and network administrators predominantly still use this method, but many simplified web-based tools exist. WHOIS services are typically communicated using the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP). Servers listen to requests on the well-known port number 43.

** Approximate Geographic Location - This is NOT the exact geographical location of the person/organization with the given IP address. However, this should still give you a good idea about the area/region where this person/orgranization is located.
